Ran 4 miles on the tread mill (46 minutes to complete). Felt pretty good afterwards, but upper legs a little sore towards the end. I feel confident that I can finish the 10K, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to bring my average mileage time down.
Actually, I typed in the time incorrectly. I actually had a full night's sleep :)
