Strength training day. Too bad today wasn't a long run day because I could have used a more exhausting outlet for the frustrations that are my job. I once had a boss that said "anger is a gift, and at my job everyday is like Christmas!". I love that quote.
Anyway, I did a full body weight workout including the new ab workout I was forced to learn on Wednesday when the most evil friend in the world made me go to an ab training class (she fortunately redeemed herself by taking me out for chocolate martini's this evening). My muscles should be nice and sore for tomorrow's run... |
