My run was cut short today because I was duped into going to a seminar on "how to work your abs properly". Good news is apparently I have excellent form according to the trainer leading the seminar. Kim, the evil friend who tricked me into going to this class, has much to work on. This is excellent validation that I am right and she is wrong.
On to more pertinent info, I ran intervals of 4 min. at a 10:20 pace, 2 min jog. I was able to get four intervals in (I was supposed to five), but that 10:20 pace is much faster than I'm used to running. I do not know how any of you do your 6 and 7 minute paces. I'm pretty sure my legs would fall off. |
