I've finished 3 10K races, average time per race 1:15

Fastest 5K time: 31 min

Short-Term Running Goals:

Finish 10K race in Austin with average 10:30 pace

Personal:

My husband Joe is getting ready for a Triathalon.

We have 2 cats, and plan on having little ones one of these days.

I have not run consistently in over 2 years, a 10K race should be a good way to kick-start a new running program!

I think I'm coming down with something, I felt terrible today.  I decided to ride the bike for 25-minutes instead of doing a run.  After the bike ride I felt a bit better and the headache I had been sporting all day actually went away!  As much as I hate to admit it, maybe working out really is good for you :)

Way to push onward Casey. Glad to hear you are feeling better.

You also want to be in peak performance watching LOST tonight.

Casey did so well on the bike today becuase I was there to keep her entertained. But I agree with Lori, you have to be in peak performance for thursday night.
