Had to get out of bed at 6 a.m. to get this run in before a few exciting rounds of Laser Tag (a girl's get-together). I was quite tired, and was not very motivated to run a fast pace. I really just wanted to get some distance in, so I ran a 11:45 pace. After the first 10 minutes, I started to feel better so I changed by pace to 11:20 (or something close to that) for the rest of the run.
And for the record I am TERRIBLE at laser tag. |
